PanelVPN is a SaaS platform for MikroTik router management available at https://panelvpn.net. The data controller is the operator of PanelVPN.

2. Data collected

We only collect data necessary for the service to function:

• Email address and password (user account)
• MikroTik router information (IP address, API credentials)
• Billing data (wallet transactions, history)
• Audit logs of actions performed
• Server technical logs (IP address, timestamp)

3. Purpose of processing

• Provide the router and VPN management service
• Manage authentication and account security
• Send service notifications
• Track payments and billing

4. Data retention

Account data is retained for the duration of the contract and 12 months after termination, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with technical providers strictly necessary for hosting the service.

6. Security

All communications are encrypted via HTTPS (TLS). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Access logs are kept to detect suspicious activity.
