Abuse Handling
Last updated: August 5, 2026
1. Why this page exists
As with any VPN, the public IP address of our exit servers is shared between several subscribers at the same time. A third party (website, hosting provider, ISP) may therefore report activity it considers abusive (spam, intrusion attempt, copyright infringement…) without knowing which of our customers is behind it.
2. How we handle a report
- A report must specify the exit IP address concerned, the port, and the exact timestamp (UTC) of the incident.
- We do not capture traffic content — see our
VPN privacy policy.
We can only cross-reference the provided timestamp with our own internal address allocation records (which device held which VPN IP at what time) to identify the device involved.
- The account owning the identified device is notified and that device may be suspended as a precaution during the investigation.
- Your identity is never disclosed directly to the reporting party — only a response to the hosting provider or the competent authority, within the applicable legal framework, may be provided.
3. What is strictly prohibited
- Sending spam or fraudulent emails
- Intrusion attempts, port scanning or attacks against third parties (DDoS, brute-force…)
- Distribution of illegal content or copyright infringement
- Any activity illegal under applicable law
Confirmed abuse leads to immediate suspension of the device involved, and may result in subscription termination without refund.
4. Report abuse or contest a suspension
