Terms of Service

1. Purpose

PanelVPN provides a SaaS platform enabling network operators and resellers to manage MikroTik routers, provision L2TP/IPsec and WireGuard connections, manage billing and real-time monitoring. Use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Access to the service

• The service is accessible only to duly registered users.
• Registration requires a valid email address and account activation.
• Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials.

3. Acceptable use

It is strictly prohibited to use PanelVPN for:

• Accessing third-party systems without authorization
• Circumventing network security measures
• Distributing unlawful content or content infringing third-party rights
• Any activity contrary to applicable laws

4. Billing and payments

Access to advanced features is subject to wallet top-up or activation of a paid plan. Payments made are non-refundable unless expressly agreed by support.

5. Service availability

PanelVPN strives to keep the service available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance may occur with prior notice.

6. Limitation of liability

PanelVPN shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss or business interruption.

7. Termination

PanelVPN reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of these terms, without notice or refund.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law applicable in the country of establishment of the operator. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction.
