PanelVPN quick start guide

1. Create and secure your account

  • Sign up and validate activation.
  • Sign in and change password immediately.
  • Choose FR/EN language at the top.

2. Add a MikroTik router

  • Open Routers & L2TP and add your router.
  • Check published endpoints: API, Winbox, WebFig.
  • Ensure the router is reachable through VPN/L2TP.

3. Create WireGuard access

  • Go to WireGuard and create a client peer.
  • Download the .conf file or show the QR code.
  • Enable/disable peers based on customer needs.

  • Check WG Incidents for opened/resolved outages.
  • Export CSV data for external reporting.

  • Set offline alert thresholds per customer.

  • Plan a daily check of open incidents.
